My mum ‘chose life’ because she wasn’t too young, she wasn’t raped, she was ready, she was married, she loved her husband, she wanted to have me, she had enough money, she had good health and no genetic diseases, and not because abortion was illegal and she was being pressured by religious society to have a baby.
